As the site of some of the oldest human civilizations in the world, Lebanon is a nation rich in history and culture. It boasts some of the most well-preserved ruins in the world and its relatively small size means you can travel around the entire country quite easily. You’ll find plenty of natural beauty in Lebanon as well. Although it’s located on the Mediterranean Sea, drive for a couple hours and you can be hiking in a gorgeous valley surrounded by snow-covered peaks. And don’t forget the delicious food – so many different types of mezze to try that you’ll spend days trying to eat it all!

When you’re traveling, lost luggage is a huge travel stressor. Even if it’s only lost for a day, it can be a major inconvenience. As you may have seen, on our trip to Lebanon, our checked bag was delayed. How we had to retrieve it is a funny story that I’ll share with you.
